Always use a non-stretchable cloth measuring tape for accuracy.
Measure while wearing the type of innerwear you plan to wear with the outfit.
For Lehenga/Saree length, measure while wearing the heels or shoes you intend to wear.
Keep one finger between the tape and your body for a comfortable "breathable" fit.
Stand straight and breathe normally; do not pull in your stomach while measuring.
